Bachelor of Arts in Organization Development

The major objective of the Organization Development program is to introduce students to the best
in management practices so that they can pursue careers in a wide variety of organizations such as
public or private, profit or non-profit. The degree program introduces the student to the
application of acquired knowledge and skill to such areas as human resource management,
leadership, and organizational behavior.
