Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies

128 Semester Hours

The Religious Studies Major in CPS Undergraduate provides students with a strong foundation in Religious Studies. The Religious Studies major provides two areas of emphasis: an Academic focus which will provide the scholarly background needed by the potential student of Theology who intends to continue his or her studies in graduate school, and a focus in Spirituality which will provide knowledge of spiritual tradition and interpersonal implications of spirituality for students who are either already involved in leadership roles in the spiritual community or who wish to explore their personal spiritual journey.
