Scholarship & Grant Programs

Community College Scholarship Program

Regis University offers one $3,000 scholarship each year (renewable for a second year) to a student from each of the:

Provost's Community College Scholarship Program

Regis University offers one scholarship up to $7,500 each year to a Colorado community college student, renewable for a second year.

Phi Theta Kappa Tuition Scholarship

Regis University CPS offers ten $2000 scholarships to members of Phi Theta Kappa enrolling in Regis University CPS with a minimum of 3.0 GPA. These scholarships can be renewed for a second year.

Helen McLoraine Student Teaching Scholarship

The Helen McLoraine Student Teaching Scholarship is available for CPS Education Undergraduate Student Teachers.

JACK KENT COOKE SCHOLARSHIP

The Jack Kent Cooke Scholarship is available for all CPS Undergraduate Students nationwide transferring from a Community College. Scholarship details

HISPANIc/LATINO SCHOLARSHIPS

Various scholarships are available for Hispanic/Latino students. Visit the Regis Hispanic/Latino community site for more information.

Federal TEACH Grant

The College Cost Reduction and Access Act of 2007 created the Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education (TEACH) Grant Program, which provides up to $4,000 per year ($16,000 total for 4-year programs) in grants to students who commit to teach:

  1. full-time
  2. in high-need subject areas
  3. for at least four years
  4. at schools that serve students from low-income families

Graduate students may be eligible for $4,000 per year ($8,000 total) with this same commitment to teach. Get general information, counseling requirements, and an application.
